Why High-Gloss CNC Protection Matters
High-end electronic components such as aluminum alloy frames, housings and precision structural parts demand flawless, high-gloss surfaces. During CNC machining, handling and downstream processing, these finished surfaces are exposed to scratches, dust, cutting fluid and mild oxidation. Introducing 3769A UV Protective Adhesive
3769A is a blue, solvent-free UV-curable adhesive formulated to form a tough yet easily peelable protective film. It cures rapidly under UV energy of 800 mJ/cm², creating a low-hardness, highly tough coating that protects CNC-machined surfaces through subsequent processes. When protection is no longer needed, the film peels off cleanly in one piece with no residue, restoring the original high-gloss appearance.
